Only our Self Defence class requires pre-booking. Please call Maria on 0787 930 148 to reserve your place.
For Pilates, Brazilian Dance & Yoga, and HIIT classes, you are welcome to simply turn up and join us.

Self Defence class payments are arranged after contacting Maria on 0787 930 148, with payment made via bank transfer.
For all other classes, payments are taken in cash at the end of each session.
Our classes are £10 for a block of 5 sessions. You do not need to wait for a new block to begin — you are welcome to start your fitness journey with us at any time and join from whichever session you first attend.

Yes, all of our classes are beginner friendly and suitable for different fitness levels. Instructors provide guidance and modifications where needed, and we encourage everyone to go at their own pace.

Yes,all Fitnisa classes are women only creating a welcoming, comfortable, and supportive environment for all attendees. Classes are held in a private and secluded space, with no men walking through the area, allowing women to feel relaxed and comfortable while taking part.

Please bring water and comfortable clothing you can move in easily. For Pilates and Yoga classes, please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, you are welcome to help yourself to one of the spare mats available on site.

No fitness experience is needed. Our classes are suitable for all abilities, and you are encouraged to go at your own pace in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

All classes take place at Queens Park, Bedford in a private indoor space with a welcoming community atmosphere. To get access to the full location join the women’s only WhatsApp group.

Of course. We encourage everyone to listen to their body and work at a pace that feels comfortable for them. You are welcome to rest, take breaks, and rejoin whenever needed.

Yes, parking is available nearby for those attending classes. Please allow a few extra minutes before the session to park and arrive comfortably.

Please note that access is request-only and approved by the admin team to help maintain a safe and comfortable women-only environment for all members.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move and exercise in easily, along with suitable trainers for fitness-based classes.

Yes, our classes currently run during term time only. Please note that classes pause during the month of Ramadan and resume afterwards. Any timetable changes, breaks, or updates will be shared through our WhatsApp group and social media pages.
