Tuesday 12:15pm - 13:15pm

(term time only)

Improve flexibility, build strength, support posture, and enjoy gentle movement designed to help you feel stronger and more balanced. Suitable for all abilities.

Please bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. (Mats are also available to borrow if needed)

Classes are £10 for a block of five sessions. No need to pre book, simply turn up!

Self Defence

Tuesday 18:30pm - 19:30pm

Build confidence, improve fitness, and learn practical self-defence techniques in a supportive and welcoming women’s only environment. Suitable for all abilities.

Please bring water and wear clothing you can move comfortably in.

HIIT

Wednesday 19:15pm - 20:15pm

Join us for a high-energy full body workout combining HITT training with step-based cardio exercises. Targeting your core, arms, and legs.

Thursday 11:30am - 12:30pm

Join us for a fun, uplifting class combining 30 minutes of Brazilian Dance and 30 minutes of Yoga. This class if great for improving fitness, flexibility, coordination, balance, and confidence, while helping you relax, stretch, and feel more energised.
